Yes. Live Oak is pre-booked airport transportation: you book ahead at liveoaktaxisav.com, you get a confirmation, and Chris — the owner — is your driver. No dispatch roulette, no wondering if a car is coming. That is the whole reason Live Oak exists.
Give us your flight number when you book and Chris watches it. Delayed, early, or right on time, he will be there when you land — you will not be standing at the curb hoping.
Yes. The price you see when you book is the price you pay — no meter, no surge, no surprises. Downtown Savannah is $30, Pooler is $18, Tybee Island is $60, Bluffton is $65, Hilton Head starts at $85, and Beaufort is $105.
Yes — early departures are a specialty. Book the night before (or earlier) and Chris will be outside when you need him, whether that is 6 AM or earlier. Rideshare will not promise you that; we will.
Chris meets you at the commercial curb outside baggage claim — it is right across the sidewalk from the baggage-claim signs for the airline you flew in on. He watches your flight, so he will be there when you land, and he will have your number from the booking — watch for his text or call.
Yes. Your booking has your mobile number on it and you will have ours — (912) 373-2655. No unanswered dispatch line, no "we're on our way" that never comes.
As early as you can — pre-booking is what guarantees your ride, especially on festival weekends and holiday weeks. Same-day airport rides are sometimes possible if the calendar has room; call or text us and ask.
No. Pay by card when you book, or book now and pay your driver in the car — same fixed fare either way. Plenty of our riders choose pay-your-driver.
If your plans change, cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup and any payment you have made will be refunded in full. Because a confirmed booking holds that place on the calendar, cancellations on the day of your ride are not refundable — by then there is not time to offer the spot to another rider. Completely. It is a private car for you and your party — up to 4 passengers — with no shared shuttle stops along the way.
Up to 4 passengers in a standard car, with room for normal luggage. Got heavy bags or something oversized? Put it in the booking notes — Chris helps with luggage; it is part of the ride.
No — Live Oak does not provide child seats. Please bring your child seat with you; it fits in the car, and Chris will give you time to get it buckled in before you roll.

The airport is about 10 miles from downtown Savannah — roughly 20 minutes in normal traffic. For a departing flight, plan to be at SAV about 2 hours before your flight if you are checking bags; Chris will help you pick a pickup time when you book if you are not sure.
