We serve the oceanfront resort, the villas and homes throughout the community, the three golf courses and the tennis centre, as well as nearby Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina. Tell us the exact address when you book and your driver is given the destination and the correct entrance.
Gate passes and arrival
Palmetto Dunes is a gated community, so a vehicle pass is required to enter. Pass costs depend on your rental arrangement — rental guests have typically received passes at check-in, one with a villa and two with a house, while a one-day guest pass has been listed as complimentary. Guests without a rental or amenity arrangement obtain a pass at the Palmetto Dunes Pass Office, 16 Queen's Folly Road. Passes are issued by the community, and their prices are set by Palmetto Dunes rather than by us — they are separate from your fare and can change. When you book with your Palmetto Dunes address, we plan the arrival around the correct gate.
Roundtrip reservations to and from SAV
Departure mornings on the island can be tight. Add your return to SAV Airport when you book and your pickup is already scheduled for the day you leave, in the same reservation.
